The sneakers undergo a thorough preparation process and are painted using high quality professional leather paints and finishers which make them scratch resistant and waterproof. While they’re made to be durable, it is not recommended for extensive wear and tear and should be handled with care to ensure that they stay in the best condition.

Clean all unpainted areas as normal. Use a shoe cleanser with water and a damp cloth or sponge to clean up any painted areas. A soft bristle brush should only be used if it's unavoidable. DO NOT put in washing machine/dryer. DO NOT put any acetone or anything similar on the shoe.

They are prepped, painted and sealed with the best quality products. But we always advice to wear with care. It is painted after all. They are water proof and should not chip if taken care of: please do not peel or pick at the paint. We recommend using a protective spray such as Crep Protect to add an extra layer of protection. A crease guard is also recommended to prevent creasing and therefore any chance of the paint creasing.

Yes! Please be aware of your countries custom import fees that may be encountered upon the package’s arrival to the destination country.

For preorders, our personalised pieces take between 6-10 weeks- you will receive an estimated date of completion with your quote. But a BOLT fee is available to have your work prioritised and completed sooner. For the products available to purchase on store are shipped off next working day.
